All ESS staff in China and the US are volunteers who have devoted their time and service without pay. They are mostly professionals and experienced educators.

Volunteers in U.S.A. - The volunteer team is responsible for planning, fundraising, coordination, and supervision of SERC. They are a core group of educated professionals (20 + 60 supporting people).

Volunteers in China - The volunteer team is responsible for implementing program specifics. They are a strong network of local coordinators in China (60 + supporting people), covering ALL provinces in China.
